This study examines the impact of craniosacral therapy (CST) on reducing stress hormones, such as cortisol and corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH), in firefighter cadets. In a randomized clinical trial, participants were divided into control and treatment groups, with the latter undergoing five CST sessions over five weeks. The results showed a significant reduction in stress hormone levels in the treatment group, suggesting CST’s potential as a non-invasive method for stress management in high-stress professions.
